10 Wacky Proposals

Who doesn't like surprises when it comes to Love. The less cliche the proposal, the more favorable the response.

Here's my list of wacky , fool proof proposals to get a positive, affirmative response.

Scene 1: Love is in the air.

Imagine the gush of wind at an altitude of 13000 ft. Mr. Anon and me gearing up for the jump. He, nervous and petrified. The fear of the jump and the fear of popping the question. 

On the count of three: three, two, one. JUMP!

Adrenaline rush! 

The open skies and the song of the winds. Screaming and yelling as we float in the air. The parachute opens with his message. Me awestruck. There's no question to refuse this one.

Scene 2: Love is the library

He knows I am a bookworm. Mr. Anon stealthily creeps in and all the books in my favorite shelf have a note dropped between their pages. Its a treasure hunt, till I hunt for the final one with his proposal neatly hand written. Too cute to say No!

Scene 3: Love is in cupcakes.

So Mr. Anon is well aware of my love for cupcakes. The awful baker that he is, he buys 21 of them and arranges them to form his proposal message.

What a delicious proposal this one!

Scene 4: Love is in adventure.

The white sands glisten in the sun and the water of the Ganga is roaring as it flows over the rocks. The raft is ready. We are ready with the rafting gear on and oars in our hands. As the instructor instructs, we start oaring as the raft lurches forward. We encounter so many rocks and whirlpools  on the way. As we maneuver through the pools, I see a rock with his message.

I blink in disbelief as he oars on with a smile on his face. 

Rafting couldn't get better , could it?

Scene 5: Love is in the fields

We drive past our favorite yellow , mustard fields. As we stop to click them, I see a scarecrow holding a message. As I run through the yellow dream, I reach it and read it. Whats more beautiful than love in a yellow dream?

Scene 6: Love is on the clothesline.

Imagine a pretty message hung on the clothes line with clips?Because sending letters and emails is too mainstream. Mr. Anon sure knows how to read a woman's mind. 

Scene 7: Love is Planting trees:

Flowers are passé, Mr. Anon knows it. So he buys a dozen samplings and gifts them. So we plant them and each one comes with a message. To thoughtful to say no. 

Scene 8: Love is in customized Pop ups:

Mundane surfing becomes very exciting, if pops up emerge on the laptop screen, popping the question, with just two options.

Scene 9: Love is on a planned Rickshaw ride.

A colorful rickshaw. with blaring Bollywood music,driven by the very own Mr. Anon with the poster of Mujhse shaadi Karogi pasted on the rear. Cheesy and filmy.

Scene 10: Love is in a Facebook Ad:

Mr. Anon is a Social Media Junkie. He designs a Facebook Ad and circulates his message. *Facepalm* It goes viral and people are actually liking it.
